The reason being, often times our custom designs become part of our standard inventory. As such, we absorb a lot of the added design costs up front in order to better serve other clients in the future.
Our current preferred payment method is a check. However, we are in the process of adding the ability to pay using credit cards.
We offer a 30 day full refund (excluding shipping) period on all non-custom storage units that have not been installed. Once installed, all units include a limited lifetime warranty for any defects or damages that occur during intended/normal use.
Absolutely! Each of our units has its own pdf specification sheet that you can find by following the blue links titled, "Details" located at the end of each unit's description.
In order to make shipping a lot easier and less costly, most of our units DO require a small amount of assembly. Detailed easy-to-follow instructions are included with each unit and of course we're also happy to assist via phone or email as well.
In-stock units usually ship within two weeks after receiving payment.
The complexity of each custom unit plays a large role in its lead time. We work with you every step of the way to ensure that each design meets your requirements before building each unit. The average design and build takes approximately 30 days.

As a Thank You to all of our clients located within a 100 mile radius of Portland Oregon, we provide FREE delivery, assembly, and installation of all free-standing units; and free delivery and assembly of all wall-mounted units (unfortunately, we are unable to install our wall-mounted units because we are not currently a licensed construction contractor).
